The way you start, is the way you finish.

I’m sitting at the bar at the Melbourne airport, Gin in hand, about to board a plane to Tokyo, Japan to spend a week with two of my best mates and one of my favourite families.

The way you do one thing is the way you do everything.
The way you start is the way you finish.

These two little sayings have quickly become a permanent fixture of my vernacular over the past few months.

If you plan on having a productive week, plan well on Sunday.

If you want to train well, then your movement prep is paramount.

If you want to have time for you, then book TLC times out in your diary each week.

If you want something done on time. Set a deadline.

Hold yourself to the same standards while you're making the bed as you do with work and all the seemingly more important tasks you complete daily.

It won't seem like much at the time, but it adds up. Like anything right?

And if you don't? Like when I forgot to make the bed this morning, then acknowledge it, and do better tomorrow.

Yes, this shit is simple, but simple doesn't necessarily mean easy.

We all look for an easy answer, a quick fix, but at the end of the day, doing the simple things savagely well will get you where you want to be.

Thanks to all of the legendary humans who offered feedback from last week.

Cheers to you all, Have an amazing week,
Don't change for anyone.
